RESOLUCIÓN DE PROBLEMAS, AUTORRETRATO HEURÍSTICO Y PROTOCOLOS
Resumen
En este trabajo se exponen algunas reflexiones en torno al tema de resolución de problemas en matemática. En la primera parte se abordan cuestiones relativas a la definición de problema y de resolución de problemas y su presencia en la labor docente, específicamente en la evaluación. La segunda parte ofrece consideraciones sobre el Autorretrato Heurístico y los diferentes aspectos cognoscitivos, metacognoscitivos y afectivos presentes en la actividad de resolución de problemas. La tercera parte trata sobre los protocolos, como herramienta para el registro de esta actividad, proponiendo un procedimiento para la elaboración de protocolos que contribuya a minimizar el eventual efecto perturbador del registro y maximizar el progresivo autoconocimiento del resolvedor.
Abstract
Some reflections about resolving of problems in mathematics are shown in this paper. The first part is concered with relative matters to the definition of problems and solving of problems and its presence into teaching work, specifically in evaluation. The second part offers regards refering to the heuristic self-image and different cognitive, metacognitive and emocional features presented in the resolving of problems activity. The third part is related with protocols, as a tool for the register of this activity, proponing a procedure for the elaboration of protocols which contributes to minimize the eventual disturbing effect of register and maximize the growing self-knowledge of the solver.
