COMPLEXITY, POSMODERNISM AND GLOBALIZATION: “DILEMAS OF FORMATION”
ABSTRACT
The irreverent tenor which distinguishes the cultural environment of the recent times reveals the need to search for alternatives and problems to face our complex educational world. All of this suggests the actual necessity of putting the present modes of building up and interpreting meanings in different places, and, at the same time, the urgency of redefining perspectives that alter the centralities of expression that force the frameworks of value judgments of formation either into an indulgent silence of complicity, automatic adaptations, closely related to radical hates of different origins. Beyond the dilemma, difficulties of education comprise un expected meanings no take into account by the various discourses that make the formative tone come under the control of a utilitarian logic exclusively. Consequently, tensions which conflate with or diverge from the idea of meaning and nature of formation derived from the complexity and diversification of conditions that shape the most recent setting must be found out without delay. From those preliminary perspectives above, some considerations are offered on the paper, whose purpose have to do with demanding explorations from the dilemma of nature and meaning of the idea of formation being hand in glove with the educational dimensions which put subjectivities in their right places, faces to face with paradoxical tendencies about the way of viewing and feeling, multiplied by globalized urgencies.
